Laser diode help

Hi,I'm beginner and I'll try to make cheap laser.
I found laser diode on eBay link and I'll make driver from this schematic.
Do I need any lens and is it gonna work?

First of all, WELCOME TO THE FORUM !

Dont forget to read the stickies.

Your diode and schematic look fine to me, the only thing is that you will need more than 7.5V to make it work. A 9V battery will work just fine !

You need a aixiz module and not that diode.
