Hi, :san: Few years ago I bought from a retired physic teacher a bunch of lasers diodes and electronics stuff. For the laser diode the only info i have is a sticker with model LD60 from laser diode laboratories written on it. I have differents models of laser diode. I searched here (forum) and on internet but i did not find anything that can help me... Can somebody can point to me a good way for identification. I used to find everything on electronics parts with a number writting on it (i am an electronic tech) but laser diode dont have it and i know have many caracteristics like lenght wave and power. Here the pictures, thank in advance, Mike
How can you identify laser diode without any written on it, like for Electronics parts ?
