I believe those are Nichia diodes. We don't have the manufacturer part number so we just cal them either M140 or A140.
 
i could of worked that out myself,was after wattage a or m type etc.
 
I thought that had already been posted.The M is 2+ watts of optical power and the A, 1.6 watts.
