Laser and batteries

Hello I'm looking for a good laser 303. I'm only willing to pay 15 dollar max for the laser so that means no wickedlasers.com
The laser had to come the the United kingdom with fast shipping. Any recommendations?

Why does it need to come from the UK?

There's really no such thing as a "good" 303, they are all cheap China pointers, reliability and power output are hit or miss. I've had good luck with all of mine so far though.
