If I was measuring how strong my laser (445nm 1000mW) is after I shine it through say, water geliten, oil, coke, sprite, and ice. And all the power levels are different, Is there any science behind laser absorption? And how would I put the liquid in without it reflecting off the glass?

Thanks

Didn't you already ask this? For your glass, unless you can coat it with anti-reflective coatings, you really can't. If you want more accurate measurements, you could also just measure the effect of the glass in the absence of the containing liquid and subtract it from the results, and then calculate what effects the refractive indexes of the the glass and liquid have on the light.
