I have a 22x red LOC and I am running it at 420mA with a FlesDrive and I was just wondering what would the mW be around, I dont have a meter to measure it.

That should give around 245 to 250mW's through an AixiZ acrylic...

WOW I thought it would be around like 200 but 250 WOW and I forgot to say but I am using a Aixiz acrylic lens

It's 250mW in rare cases...
However, i once got a freak diode that would output 280mW at 420mA with an AixiZ acrylic...
