I do not have that good of a camera, so the pics are not the best quality, sorry.

cheers,

That's really pretty! It kinda looks like you had a sprinkler going in your garden & shinning them through the water to me in a way haha! :)

+rep to you!

Greetings,

Thanks !
It does sorta look like it is snowing blue and green photons, or like shining through a sprinkler.

cheers,
Moe

Reminds me of the time it was snowing heavy and i put my 400mw green laser through a 50x telescope and hit the clouds and i looked at the dot with 10x bincoulars.

Didn't get a picture this was before I had my 14 MP camera or my cannon T3i with my nice lens set.

Snow shots FTW! I especially like those first 4 shots. How was it you achieved this sprinkler effect? Diffraction grating?

Greetings,

Thanks. I know the beam shots I added just for the heck of it. To get the shower effect I used lenses that break the single beam into many, sorta like a diffraction grating.
Looks awesome at night with or without the snow, but does look really cool when there is something coming down.

cheers,
Moe

Nice pictures! Haven't seen it snow for longer than an hour so far this year here.
