I would say you could get a same powered laser from a more reputable seller.
The price seems about in line, but again go with laserglow, CNI, or another seller so, for that money, you are sure what your getting!

Just a though.....
 
^ I'd second that seeing how some of 300mw green units are over spec , but suffer from beam issues and quality control problems. Also there's a good chance that unit will only be 50-75% of its power.
 
I think 700mW of green is probably a stretch to get from one 18650 myself. It's probably driven with 3W+ of IR.
