Is there a US seller for DPSS green optics?

I need a collimating lens for 532 DPSS green. I found some on eBay but they are in China. I know I can buy a $5 eBay green pen and harvest the lens but I really need a bare lens. Does anyone know of a US seller? :thanks:

Edit - I tried an Aixiz lens but the beam was too thin and as a result had horrible divergence.

Edit 2 - Does anyone make a glass version? That would be awesome.

Edit 3 - eBay has some glass ones in China. I may just order those and wait for them to arrive. I wish I had an LPM to see the power increase over plastic!

I saw that site, but it is over my budget. Thanks though. I have contacted laserlands on eBay to see if I can buy a couple of lenses instead of a pack of 10.

It is a "Cyber" style laser. Now it's a frankenlaser as I have swapped the crystals for a better set and swapped the expanding and collimating lenses as well. The collimating lens is just a tad scratched. Not too noticeable, but if I can replace it for a few bucks I'l willing to take the time to replace it.

Try here Anchor Optics - Commercial Grade Plano-Convex Lenses (PCX) , Coated. You have to put out some money if you really want a lens AR coated for green light
 
ah ok. you didn't mention how much you wanted to spend. any good optics are often expensive. but for cheap stuff I got tons of varying lenses. just depends on what you are looking for really.
 
Well, I really just want it to be glass as I'm tired of scratching these plastic ones. I'm not as concerned about AR coating. A glass expanding lens would be awesome too.

For $20 from laserlands I can get 10 of each shipped. I only need one or two of each though. Can you beat that? :thanks:

I got burned by laserlands and as Techhhod sells alomost everything that LLands does i go to them-

I dont know what lens you got from AixiZ BUT it was not made for 532 green as they have never offered one 'especially' for 532-lasers

you really should also consider a good quality IR filter or any LPM reading will NOT show you how much green you are getting and IR is far more dangerous. I also see not much value in harvesting lenses from pointers.

and i have never seen glass lenses made for 532-
red and blue YES
AixiZ has sold thousands and they are better than any except the G series-

the ones from AixiZ are three (glass)lenses with the best divergance


while--the G single glass lens has poorer beam specs but has the best output-

also kinda puzzled about your not liking a thin beam?? most here shy away from fat beams-- If you want ready -to-use just add 3.2 to 4 VDC Green take a look at the complete green 515nm module that AixiZ has in stock at 85$ - the SMD driver in embedded into a standard 12x30mm AixiZ module- and comes in a 'mount' (which has very little use IMO)this beauty is very stable- make a brighter looking 26mW than I see from 50 -75 mW of 532nm and is D I Diode-

ships quick from Houston Tx-- Those selling the same items from China often buy the ones that did not pass QC(O-Like)- they have an edge over AixiZ as the items are there - and thus need not expensive shipping like AixiZ must pay- so its a trade off-

sorry for the rant--I am strong beliver in buying from the USA WHEN it makes sense.

And I have been blessed to happen to be living about one hour from AixiZ & there they treat my like family and AixiZ is a family ran biz- You will NOT find a better company when it comes to needing help after the sale- They have 100,000$$ of inventory and are quick to replace any item that happens to fail -- 'window shop' AixiZ on Amazon or Greedbay BUT ONLY buy from aixiz.com--
