Is there a big difference between 100mW vs. 150mW?

I bought a cheap $35 100mW module on ebay and it works awesome, I'm going to put it in one of two host from jayrob, and probably give it to my friend. In the other host I'd like to put either a 150mW or 200mW if I can find a module for a decent price. I'm looking at the 150mW module on o-like for $96, and I was wondering if there is a big difference between 100mW and 150mW, mainly brightness intensity, intensity of the beam... Pictures would be a plus...

well one you forgot to mention what color but i think you are talking about green...
And my favorite answer yes and no.
If the lasers are on spec and at their true powers they will be a bit different. the beam isnt brighter to say but maybe i want to say more dense. cant see threw it as much.
there was a picture of a 5mw 50mw and a 200mw laser

and the one you bought on ebay was most probably a 50mw one labeled as 100mw. so going from something like 50-100mm to 200mw will be a vast difference.

The one I bought on eBay can burn so I'm pretty sure its about 100mW... The picture you have is really a big jump in power, I guess I would just go with a 100mW o-like module and save $50.

well remeber thats from 5 to 50 to 200 not 100.
and a 200mw green laser will run you around 100$ (bare) possibly 200$
