Is it possible that 420mA of rkcstr is powered by 2x 10440?

Hi. everyone.

I am a newbie and I planned to make my 22x dvd burner red laser.
I want to make it in pen host.

I have a question;
Is it possible that a "rkcstr" drive of 420mA is powered by 2x 10440 ?

I know a 10440(from AW) is 310-320mA of current.
Can I make my red laser of 420mA with two of 10440s?

Please help.
