Just do some research and read some of the reviews....

As to shipping... you will need to ask DinoDirect...

Here is a copy paste from an other tread:

call 650-265-1038 for their 24hr line.

if it says leave a message, then try again, they usually pick up the second time.

I don't care anymore they will get a claim its as simple as that.

The first order i placed was for a 447 1w laser but i saw allot of bad from DinoDirect on differnt fora and lost confedence.


I send them this mail 3x and still no responce, finaly they did and this is our mail contact.

I ordered from them at the beginning of the year, no contact after 30 days, so i put a claim in, won the case and then the goods arrived!.
