IR filter as lens

No. The IR filter is separate. It is placed between the collimating lens and the crystal set.

are you sure because the fusion does and i dont want to get it wrong

Yes I'm sure. I took apart my X105. And replaced the lens for adjustable/better collimation and focus and then removed the IR filter just for fun.
May I ask why you wish to know?

if u use the laser without the IR filter, does it give the laser more power interms of burning? also, would there be any noticeable difference to the beam output?

You can't see the difference, but the IR will give it a little extra power for burning at close range.
