You could do this yourself. there's already solder on there, just make sure you solder the right wires to the right pads. put some flux on the wire and put the wire on top of the solder blob that is on the pad and put the iron on top. When you feel the wire "sink" into the solder, you can remove the iron and inspect to make sure it connected to only that pad and not any next to it.
If you don't have flux, just make sure it's new wire, not some old, oxidized rusty wire.
