Info on strange pattern on blue/violet lasers?

Does anyone know if blue lasers have the same weird optical illusion as violet lasers:thinking: If so, is it less intense than violet:thinking: Also, does anyone know why lasers in this wavelength range have this effect:thinking: I could not find any info about this effect on the web
