Anyone knows about this kind o red diode?
It is taken from a Toshiba mouse-pen/presenter. Any way to mod it?

No, that looks as a low power5mW (or less) red module ..... in this case, no ways for mod it.

I agree... use it as it is...
If you want higher powers... Just buy a higher power Laser..

It was originally powered by a 3,7v LiIon battery.
What is the max V supported by this kind of diode, and a slighty incresing of V may rise the emitting power a little?

What's the point? There's not going to be much of a visible difference in increasing it's output a mW or two.

If you want a higher powered laser, as laserbee said... Buy one.
