Img to ilda?

Hello,

Are there any programs that convert images into ilda format?
Searching about resulted in this program: ILD SOS
But the website happens to be down..
I'm looking for halloween themed animations or simple pictures.

Paying 1k$ for pangolins software to do this is a lot for someone doing this as a hobby..

If it's already a vector image you can use the online svg2ild converter at SVG to ILD converter

If it's a raster image you can use Inkscape (free) to trace the image and save it as an svg.
