imageshack sucks, a lot of times images take very long to load or don't load at all, i use www.imagecross.com

I use www.onfinite.com - Generally very reliable and works great as a photo host for Ebay sellers like me. You can get 150Mb storage (I believe you can also store videos and other media there as well, but I only use it for pics) for .99 a month - and they take Paypal for the monthly charge. They also have free storage up to 50Mb (I think, but there is a free level).

I either use imageshack or my own image hosting script I wrote.

I use Photobucket, it's free and has never given me any trouble.
