in general I don't care about idiots - but these a*?!oles are killing our hobby! It's getting more and more difficult to get some laser parts through customs!

Last week I didn't get my green HeNe through customs - now it's on the way back to the seller. The customs is already scared about the two simple words: "green laser"

What was the power rating on those HeNe tubes?

it's a 543nm green hene tube with < 2mW - so it's a simple class IIIa device... nothing special...
