If someone on the forum is "declared" a "laserholic", then Rasel can present this member with a ©LASERHOL  avatar and userbar to confirm this persons addiction. ;D

there's a free image editor called GIMP, that can use gifs, pngs, jpegs, bitmaps, etc... just pick the download for windows/mac/unix at the left side of the website it can be a little complex to learn, but it's very good, it's what i use.
