I need some appraisal help

I have a couple of custom lasers that I would like to liquidate, should I just post the images and any other of info that my pea brain knows right here for an appraisal from our great members (these are older but pretty darn good)?
Should I PM a respected member, or should I just pick a price off the top of my head?

Post some photos! That way you won't have to re-PM a bunch of people. Plus someone may make you a really great offer on one. But keep in mind, if they are old they will be worth less if they have been used a lot. More wear on the diode means less value.

They are "older" builds but rarely used, <20 minutes each and i'm being generous with the estimate.
Both are like new, I sold my ML-7's to a fellow member a while ago so these must go. I know I will not get close to what I paid for them but ..........MEH!

Lasers do not appreciate in value.... pictures would be best, but at the very least post a description. For example, 445nm laser, 1W estimated output, flashlight host, aluminum heatsink, etc,. Obviously the more details the better.

No point in PMing anyone unless you want to kill some time.

Here's a few quickies.
#1 is a jayrob built LOC with a meridith glass lens.

#2 is a daquin built BR, IIRC it's a 6X and that's all I can remember, except that it burns real good if that matters to anyone.

That would be fair prices! Maybe $75 for the red and $85 for the 405
 
You guys must be reading my mind.
I was thinking $150 for both (S&H included of course), if I don't get $150 I just might ship them off to Glenn for a LPF donation.:beer:

Okay, maybe $5 dollars too high but I personally wouldn't sell it for a penny less than $70Definitely

$75 for the LOC it's an mxdl host jayrob heat sink meredith glass lens, custom jayrob focus adapter. IMHO


EDIT: I meant including shipping too. so Raybo, your right on the money!

^^^Idk, to be honest I don't know anything about the meredith lens, but aside from that there is nothing in the laser to really set it apart.

The $150 price for both is perfect though. Personally I would have gone a bit higher on the 6x... so same end result.
 
The Meredith glass lens, and module are much higher quality than AiXiz. We only use the AiXiZ modules because they were cheap. So it turned into the standard after a while.
 
Yeah I know the Meredith Module an lens was like $20-30 or something along those lines iirc?
