Rocketparrotlet - Have you ever considered the cost of shipping + hazmat fees? You might be better off getting someone local to do a "straw purchase" for you.

Also, have you ever tried purchasing matches yourself? The worst that could happen is they say no... Grocery stores in particular don't seem to care, I'd be surprised if they card you.

Just search E Bay. I found many listings for matches such as:

That works out to something like 0.008 cents per match.

I know is been said 1000 times, but be careful. My nephew burned 3 of his fingers to the bone playing with pyros, and he knew what he was doing like you. Accidents happen no matter how careful you are, and loosing body parts is not worth the bang.

EDIT: working with impure chemicals can be very dangerous.
