I have a 2.0mW, 650nm red laser.. What Can i do?

no, I've never seen a 600nm laser before ;D it should be orange at that wavelength I think it should be 660 or so

You can't really do anything with it, except maybe take out the guts and put in a diode+driver

If it's powered by button cells, that's the best it will put out - probably more like .5 mW. AND DON'T point it at people

If you want more power and are responsible, read the forums on how to build one yourself. I presume you have the basic electronic equipment needed or you wouldn't be here.
