I dont want forum subscriptions

how do i turn it off? with every reply i get subscribed with instant email notification

When on your subscriptions page you should have a area to the left called Your Control Panel. Look under settings and options for a link labeled Edit Options. Click on it. Scroll down and change the way your subscription notification works.:beer:

Thanks worked out fine i was searching at the forum subscriptions menu itself but couldnt find it.
