Anyone owned one of these. Or can vouch for their quality, or lack of? Is this a cni product?

No that's a Dragon Lasers product. Google search the laser at the bottom of the page

When I got my spartan, someone told me DL had cni products. I assume this was bad info then. After searching this laser another person referred to it as a cni laser as well.

pretty sure DL resells CNI stuff

compare the hulk and hulk ultra to this:http://www.cnilaser.com/PDF/PGL-III_-C_-532.pdf

notice how under 200mW it takes C batteries, above 200mW it takes 18650?

If you look at DL, it's the same, working voltage for the Hulks is 3V, (2x1.5V C batteries) hulk ultra is 3.7V, from 1 18650

Yeah on accident review they used the cni name and said "aka the hulk ultra" so I'm thinking this is the case. It was another member who told me dragon uses cni products.
