How to ????

Hello and welcome to the forum!
Are you sure it needs refocusing, and it's not just dirt on the lens you could
remove with a qtip and some alcohol?

Was it ever in focus before and got knocked out of focus?
First thing you'd have to do would be to remove that aperture cap.
Sometimes they screw off if your lucky, but it's likely pressed in and tricky to pull
off without damage or at least scratch marks....:undecided:

If you wrap the tip (Bright end) in paper* and grasp it with a pair of tongs you should be able to get it off. (It is most likely screwed in, if press fitted you can wiggle it off.)
Then remove the batteries and look into the bright end of the laser, there should be a module with a lens screwed in. The lens is likely fixed in the tread with some kind of locktite, but if you have the right size of screwdriver you can move it.

Then comes the back and forth of adjusting the lens, reinserting the batteries, testing, removing batteries, adjusting, etc...

Remember that the safety limit for laser light is 5mW.
405nm pens are rarely made in less than app. 50mW, even the 5mW $10 ones from ebay are app. 50mW, so don't look into it.

*To protect the finish
