how to dissasemble the 100mw ebayser

that pretty much says it all. I am wondering how or if anyone has taken one of these apart. I want to adjust the focus. it's focused at like 6-8 inches and therefore at about 6ft the dot is about 1 inch around. not what I call good for pointing.

Unscrew the top gold cap. Under it is a lens inside a little brass-colored collar that's threaded. You may need to remove the lens to do it, but you just need to turn that part to move the lens in and out, thus adjusting the focus.
(At least that's how it was on the last Spymode I got to use. That was nearly a year ago now so it may have changed)

the top does unscrew. then there is a lense and I'm not sure how to remove it without damaging it. but I see the whole threaded part but it is stuck in there pretty good, but i'll give it a try.

To unscrew that lense, either use a piece of hard rubber - like an eraser, or use your finger....press down on it firmly but gently, and turn counter-clockwise to unscrew it. Now, take a tiny amount of your favorite lense ceaner solution and GENTLY wipe off the lense. Sometimes it is best to not use your finger, as I think most of those lenses come with an AR coating that may get screwed up from the acidity of your fingertip.
