Second, where are you ordering from...? You've provided literally no details that would help us give you an answer. :thinking:

Easiest option would be to place a second order.

It is not their foum--they are just a paid reseller advertisement on LPF--no other connection with LPF.

Please make a Welcome post.

The best way to resolve this would be to PM user "tommy" here on LPF, he owns that website. There should also be some sort of customer service if that doesn't work.
