how much diods i need?

Hello!
I have 16X DVD burner diode, I know thet I need 180-210 MA, so I found this driver:
200mW red laser diode driver / constant current /current adjusta [OLRDB-200] - $3.89 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products

I want to use 3V, so on the test load, I need to use 3 diodes (1N401)?
And 3V enough, if I need 180-210MA from the driver?

No, 3V will will not work. "Input voltage :4-6V" Have you forgotten about your other thread?

I must agree. Jerry is correct. From my POV, you must undestand that the MAJORITY of your questions can be easily answered by doing light research.

Also, you need to know that rectifier diodes like the 1N400x series have a drop of 0.7 volts so you need to use as many diodes as you can to get as close to your diode's operating voltage... which is 4.

If you're not mature enough to spell correctly at the least, show some sense of respect or even read, please do not post on the forums.

If you are not TROLLING then I suggest you find another
hobby that does not require ANY simple reading or research.
