I think I still have some M140 and A140 diodes left in my stock. They've been there for a few years now. I've got several diodes left just in case I get a failure. Some of these, NDB7875, are very difficult to find now. Got a few Sharp diodes too measured for wavelength.

Oh i have 1 of this the top is copper the bottom is actually hard brass very hard to fit in hosts since the bottom is wider and thicker :unsure:

Oh well, i can sort that out with my Lathe! :D
At least the top is copper. Thats better than nothing.

Some of the so called copper modules coming from China are actually alloys, not pure copper. It sounds like a little thing, but it's not. Only 99% pure copper will give you the heat transfer capabilities that you want. They may look like pure copper, but they act more like brass.
