How do I determine the (+/-) legs of the laser diode?

There are 3 legs on this laser diode but I dont know which is the positive (+) and I dont know the negative (-).
Help me out?

Someone posted the pin out of a 445 nM diode and I can't find it again. Isn't it the same as a 405?

Thats what I have read in several places, the 405 and 445nm diodes have the same pin outs.

Edit: MM said it has the same pin out as the PHR-803t, case neutral
