How can I get my dirty paws on a blueray?

Hey guys!
I'm just getting into lasers.

What's the cheapest way I can get my hands on a blu-ray or any violet/blue laser pointer? I'm willing to make one myself but I am in NO Way a mechanical mastermind and I am far from being able to fabricate pieces. I would like to keep it under 50$ if it is somehow possible
