How can i determine the power of a greel laser pointer without expensive equipment?

I would never buy a laser that has an internal battery that can't be replaced. That is a laser waiting to become fodder for your garbage can. I buy all my batteries new and unused from liionwholesales.com. I have many four port chargers, but my favorite is the Opus BT-C3100 intelligent charger because it will display the capacity of the battery and the internal series resistance. I do have several 301 and 303 lasers in my collection and I have never regretted buying any of them.
