So ive been looking into doing a green DIY with the jayrob diy. I was wondering what the highest power is for those diy kits?

The highest rated power you can get is 200mW, however, they are usually underspec.

The highest practical power output is 150mW.

They are custom-fit for Viasho RPL-style hosts.

They're designed for these hosts:

As a result they have a specially designed LED/switch complex, and heatsink. Unless you design your own custom heatsink to fit it into a custom host, you're better off buying a pre-built unit.

They are also specifically designed to run off 18650s, and most need at least 3.7V to run as opposed to 3V.

They won't fit a Jayrob build kit.

If that's the module I think it is, it has no external lenses, and something like 12mRad divergence. You can order direct from CNI, however you'll most likely receive a 'go away' price because they don't like dealing with single orders. And, that being 800mW, you're probably looking at nearly $1000 for the module.
