The light from a flashlight is incoherant, both spatially and chromatically.
I'd suggest that you read some material on lasers in general; learn what MAKES a laser what it is.
Spatial coherance = all of the photons in the beam are fairly parallel, travelling in the same direction. MOST of the photons coming from the device are in the beam, thus spatially coherent.
Chromatically coherent = all (or most) of the photons are of one wavelength; the device emits primarily just one color.
A white flashlight is no more coherant than a 60W bulb.
It also has to do with HOW the light is created in the first place. Read some material on the subject.
