High Power Laser Safety Help

I have a few <5mw lasers that I like to play with and would like to move up to a higher power laser. I found this one from O-Like and it seems good to try out for my first time.

Before I purchase it, I would like to know if it is even legal in the US or specifically, Indiana.

Laser pointers are Class II or Class IIIa devices, with output beam power less than 5 milliwatts (<5 mW). According to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, more powerful lasers may not be sold or promoted as laser pointers.[44] Also, any laser with class higher than IIIa (more than 5 milliwatts) requires a key-switch interlock and other safety features.

This laser doesn't have a key-switch interface, it just has a click-button. Also, does anyone know of any good safety glasses that would work well with this laser?

There is an import ban on these types of hand held lasers over 5mw but they most always still make it through customs. It isn't illegal to own one but there are some ways you could use it illegally so be careful what you do with it especially outdoors. As far as safety glasses get these:
Eagle Pair® 190-400nm & 580-760nm Laser Safety Goggles
If that's too much money then I think these are the cheapest option for red lasers:

But I can't personally recommend them from experience.
