I've spent quite a bit of time digging through the forums here and finally got around to registering.
Let me explain how this all happened...
For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to mount a laser and bounce it off as many strategically placed mirrors as I could. Many people have asked me why, and I answer why not? So after playing with a few cheap keychain laser pointers, I finally got around to looking into something a little more powerful that was quality built.
So I just received my new RPL 265 from Optotronics the other day and they were great to deal with and their reputation here surely influenced my decision to go with them. I'll be writing a review of that purchase very soon.
Currently, I'm looking at different options to start building my own and this forum is a wealth of information. I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions and I'm sure many have been answered before so we'll see what I can dig up.
