ok just soldered it on the chip where the two wires went it said temp{ so im gueing thats a temp gauge or somthin but other than that turned it on still same tiny glow if i pput IR filter and what not back on would it make it visible?

Ah, the IR filter would only eliminate the IR, and if you're still only getting a faint green beam, all the filter would do is make it safe to look at. So I guess that brings us back to the question "can you get the module out?" Or is it still stuck?

Cant remove it thinking about making a precision cut what do you think?

I don't think that if you want to continue using the host that you would want to do that. I'm really at a loss, I think posting these problems in the Green Lasers section would get you more help from members who are much more experienced than me, and know a lot more about DPSS lasers.

When you go to the Green Lasers section, at the top there should be a button that says "New thread". Click it an it should bring you to a page where you can type. Write out your questions, give it a title and hit "Submit new thread".

So..... i got the housing off
