Hey guys-and girls- Alpha85 vs. X105?

I'm looking to buy a durable laser with some kick. Do these lasers hold output? Are they good buys? thanks for the help here.

i bought a x85. supposedly they output 85mW, but the one i received averages 102.6mW

go figure!

nova really underrates their products

buy a nova

you wont be disappointed

it really depends on what kind of budget you're on

so i can't really help you here. i just started lasers

im out to buy supplies to fuel this hobby tomorrow!

if you get the x85 you'll wonder what you could have done with the x105

sure they give out near 100mW peaks for the x85
but think about how much more they give for the x105

save urself some time and just go straight for the x105
people always want more powerrrrrr

ahh this is true the quest for more power had lead me to destry 5 other lasers while moding them in the past till i finly got my dx200 ( i think its the last laser i will ever buy unless i get the 3k to buy the hurk 400 ) but anways ya its great i love the thing tho this does nothing with your question i would recomend buying the 105 and saving your self the money instead of having to buy bolt becaus sooner or later you will want more power
