HeNe Laser for 59+14(S) with supply....

I don't know much about HeNe lasers but I was crawling around ebay during the delay and came upon this HeNe laser with power supply for 75 dollars and thought someone on here might be interested in it. The link is here

forgive my ignorance, what would that be used for? is it just a handheld laser or something else?

It is a Helium Neon gas laser. A bit of variety for those who desire such.
