I'm looking for a driver that I can use a external potentiometer to adjust the power. I was looking at a BlackBuck 8M but it seems that they are sold out from DTR's shop. Does anyone know of other drivers that can do the same thing? Thanks!

Isn't that one you linked TTL? Which is just on or off, not analogue like I'm looking for.
 
You can also search ebay for ( analog laser driver ) or ( adjustable laser driver ) and search the entire web, just use your imagination and go for it because in this hobby you have to be able to re-purpose and modify what's readily available unless you have an unlimited budget, here's an analog that's adjustable and you can remote the pot if that's what you want.

p.s. If I knew of an exact doppelganger for the BB8 I would tell you, however I don't ATM, happy hunting.
