Help Tracking

I ordered my laser and got the email that it shipped. I ordered thru DX. I have a tracking # but dont know how to track. I clicked on the link but its a no go. any help would be great

Tracking numbers take a while to update sometimes. but just go to the carrier website and enter the tracking number. Once they update thier system it will show up. thats all there is to it.

I don't think you can get traacking with air mail. You can with EMS express but NEVER use EMS express for lasers.

Go to hongkongpost.com and click on Tracking. Enter your tracking number and it will tell you if it has left either Kowloon, HK or China bound for the U.S.

Once it tells you your package is in transit bound for the United States, it won't tell you any more information.

When the package arrives at your local post office, you will see tracking information stating that at usps.com

Between those two timeframes, you won't know anything. Pray U.S. Customs skips yours

Wait another week or two, usually shipping is this slow with DX, so you shouldn't worry yet.

Riffyb - I ordered on Aug 6th, and JUST got my stuff yesterday.....it takes bloody forever sometimes

I ordered an MXDL LED flashlight from them FOREVER AGO!!! and still have not gotten it!!!

I ordered a pair of lasershades from WL and had them in 5 days!!!

Both shipped from China....come on DX..you can do better than this for STD shipping!!!!

I ordered an MXDL a while ago, I think a day after Daedal posted his tutorial, and I got it last week. You really never know when you're actually gonna get stuff from DX, or how they have such cheap prices, but you can't beat those prices!

I ordered three 30mw from DX 2 weeks ago and paid the extra for EMS. Now shows "Handed over to US Customs" :'(

uhm....there have been LOTS of threads and reports about how bad of an idea it is to use EMS for lasers from DX....it is like putting a big red sticker on the package, sayiing, CONFISCATE ME !!!

They even suggest on their website not to use EMS shipping for lasers.
