HELP please LASERBTB VS SKYTECH same laser but different prices?

laserbtb and skytech laser companies are offering the EXACT SAME LASER :gun: but for different prices

They are both 1000mw (1w) 445 blue lasers with the same FDA approved host, and they both ship from hong kong, i think they are the same companies... so why would they be different prices???

also, which one is more reliable? i also thought about a 1w blue lazerer laser with a "stick" host, would that exceed wither of these?

laserbtb I believe is cheaper since they buy those in bulk, lowering the price per unit.

I have to say I don't really get the original question. I see it the opposite as in I would be surprised to find 2 companies selling the same product for the same price. Even if they have the same parent company there can be different operating costs, slightly different markets etc.
I guess I am surprised that someone would find the different prices surprising
