Help needed! How do I change the diode on this host?

Hi Guys, I needed help on how to change the diode and driver on this host:

This looks like a Lazerer rifle but the assembly is not like it in that its a 3 piece design (tail cap, body, and focus muzzle. ) The body doesn't break down any further and allow for a direct access to the driver. AND I can seem to get the diode locking washer off to remove the diode and replace. Can anyone shed any light on how to accomplish changing out the diode and driver for this host?

It might be that the body is glued in place, against what I would reffer as the handle. Best option is to heat up the top of the body with a heat gun and than try to cut it loose.

Did that and nada I torched this thing for 5 mins straight an no movement. on another note, the anodizing on this sucker is legit! It still looks the same as it did before I torched it.

Ok were did you buy the laser from? Any idea on what brand it is ?
