Help me poor memory (please ?)

A few weeks ago, possibly a month or so - I accidentally shorted one person a diode when I shipped. GAH !!! Yeah, pisses me off that my record was blemished like that, but pisses me off even more that I did not have stock at the time to make up for it, and NOW I am finally remembering it !

Please PM me or post, and follow up with your mailing address so I can rectify the issue ! I think you have been more than patient enough !
