HELP-Lazerer not responding to email

Hey guys, I am new to buying lasers and I recieved my first LZSK 100mw green a few days ago, it worked pretty good even though the beam had a wierd flickering and it seemed maybe a little underspec at like 80mw, but I was fine with it. Recently I was just pointing it at the sky and I have never put the battery in the wrong way or gotten near the limits of the duty cycle, but it stopped working. I have tried to open a return request on Lazerer and I did.. But when I click on my return ID it says:The returns you requested could not be found! I emailed Sham Chi Kin <-deleted-@gmail.com> (The paypal email) and he won't respond too, I don't want 75$ gone to nothing.. Can anyone contact the guy named Max? Thanks.

how long has it been since they have not responded? sometimes it takes a while to respond . Also try sending them a different email sometimes he doesn't get it.

it they never respond, threaten to file a paypal claim.. if they still do not respond file the claim.
Lazerer use to be good but something has changed... its sad really.. use to be one of the the best around

his email is NOT max@_____.com it is lazerer@gmail.com
the max@lazerer.com is the email display name, if you email that it should come back as undeliverable if your email has that feature

EDIT: PLEASE DELETE that pooppal email address! that is his personal email address for pooppal only and he told me a while back not to give that out since he doesnt respond to emails there or even check it. he has three or four pooppal emails to send requests from

i deleted it for you... but you put it up in yours lol

and lol pooppal thought that was a typo,,, then realized no,,, thats actually pretty accurate lol



Actually on a simular note, this same thing happened to my friend... the laser broke a few days later,,, its long past getting it fixed from them... i was wondering if anyone would want to buy a broken 100mw lazerer stick for the host or other parts... just to get him some of his money back ..

wouldn't hold your breath. he has been horrible at responding to peoples emails lately. there have been many complaints since i bought my laser so i stopped recommending him. when he does respond and actually ship lasers out on time, he was more than good (at least to me). best of luck with you and REMEMBER! if 40 days since payment rolls around and you still haven't received your laser, OPEN A POOPPAL DISPUTE!!!! this will light a fire under his butt to either respond to emails and say it was shipped (dont end dispute until received though) or say my bad ill ship it out expedited.

Haha I was thinking of doing that too, the thing is paypal makes me return the item doesn't it? I don't feel great about shipping back to China, or wherever it was. When you said "either respond to emails and say it was shipped (dont end dispute until received though) or say my bad ill ship it out expedited."

I feel like getting a refund though because this one broke after a little shake.. IDK honestly, not a specialist at all :p

its going to cost $15-20 to send it back to hong kong and it take 2-3 weeks. ive had to do it. if your laser broke then yes take a video and send it to him. thats what i did when my lasers threads got locked up. had to ship it back for a replacement though :(

Who knows you may not have to send it back. my replacement has been great and have no problems. the price of sending back above also included a battery since it was stuck in the freakin laser!!!!!

keep an eye on the days passed though since once 45 days pass, paypal wont help you out if a dispute isnt open

I just made my second purchase from him after being pretty happy with the first one I received. I paid by credit card, however this time no "pending" or order confirmation ever showed up in account history. I think when I purchased the first one there was a "pending" status in account history immediately after purchase. I got the receipt with order and transaction I.D from "support billing system".

If I were you I wouldn't send it back unless they pay for shipping. Why should you have to pay for their sudden lack of quality control. Since everyone is reporting this its not just a fluke . Use to be good then now this it's obvious they are using cheaper lasers now
