Help laserbtb laser

Ok it's been a while and I tried to reply dig up old emails from them and been sending messages without reply been busy and neglected to get this over with. I will call my bank tommrow and see if they can dig up and send me a copy of my purchase.
Then I'll try once more to get a reply from them.
Got me thinking about the 520nm.
But I don't know if they will do anything for me because the purchase date was so long ago.
I will see what can do would be cool if I could upgrade the internals.
I'll post back when I send them a new email.

Try a new battery first.

You have been talking the same thing for a year--calling the bank and so on--and a year ago you said you got a while back so...

PS the warranty is only 6 months for DPSS green but they can reapir it for a reasonable cost--see: laserbtb

Yes I know it's been a while and if I could even get repaired I would be very happy I've tried several batteries old and new it Dosent Seam to be a battery issue.
I dug some in my emails and I found the serial number and purchase date as well.

So send it back already and get it fixed before another year goes by---nothing anyone on the forum can do about it.

serial should be printed on the white sticker on the laser.
