I got a few surplus diodes on ebay that look to be the osram single mode blues that
have numbers on the side of the can:

7H
D8

A pic (attached) from a post from dtr shows "batch 2". Anybody know if the didoes I have may be from a similar production time,
or perhaps a model other than a PL450b? Im not sure if anyone has an idea of , or have decoded the numbering
system etc

The specs ive tested so far is approx 50-60mA threshold producing around 330mW @ 350mA with a vf of 6.5v.
They are also the 3.8mm package type, and appear to redshift when overdriven.

This is the pic I mentioned in reference:

Not to worry, if anyone replies or not im good either way.

I did some further testing and hit 430mW at 400mA, so I think its safe to say
its a newer diode than the older dtr threads I went through from 2015 or so.
I was worried they may be the older ver that arent prone to redshift or
higher outputs, but that doesnt appear to be the case.
