It's called a laser holder. It is used to hold your laser still during the burning of items or for photos. Hi Merry---------- rob

How about?
Handsfree Laser Mounting and Aiming Device

This device is designed to hold your laser steady and assist in hands free aiming of your laser for experiments and projects. Wall or desk mountable with 3 lockable adjustment points for precise aiming. Includes wall anchors and screws.

A couple of suggestions I would make is to replace the metal screws in the laser sleeve itself with plastic ones. That way it won't scratch the laser body. Also use a thumb screw on the lower adj. point, so you dont need a tool to adjust it.

I might want one myself. I have been planning on making one, but if I could buy one cheaply, it would save me the trouble.

Well the equivalent of your product, just used to help with soldering and electronics is generally referred to as "helping hand", "3rd hand" and/or "third hand".

So perhaps play on that? "Laser 3rd Hand" or something in that area?

Thank you, guys. I get all the key words I need to know:)
