Help finding flash tube

Hi all,

Can anyone show me where I can find a xenon flash tube/lamp that has a fluence of about 1J? Would be grateful as Im new to everything light related and got frustrated with trying to find a part i need for a project.

Many cheap camera flash units exceed 1J. 330 V with 100 mFd cap is about 5J.
That's with poor ESR photo flash caps however.
